Guest Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows or failure to arrive on time will be charged 100% of the charter fee.
• Changes to date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

• The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
• If the charter is canceled by the operator for weather or safety reasons, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Weather decisions are made based on marine forecasts, not general weather apps, and light rain or overcast conditions do not necessarily constitute unsafe conditions.

Late Arrivals

• Charters depart promptly at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced trip time or forfeiture of the charter with no refund, at the captain’s discretion.

Force Majeure

• The operator is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, rescheduling options may be offered when possible.

Acknowledgment

• Booking a charter constitutes agreement to this cancellation policy.

Important Onboard Guidelines

For everyone’s safety and comfort, please pay attention to the following:

👣 Barefoot on board — shoes should be removed unless otherwise instructed by the crew.

👨‍✈️ Always follow and respect the captain’s instructions — the captain and crew are responsible for everyone’s safety.

🚻 Toilet use — please ask a crew member before using the onboard restroom and follow all instructions carefully.

🙋 Always ask permission before using equipment (coolers, snorkeling gear, sound system, ladders, etc.).

🚶 Move carefully around the vessel, especially when it is underway.

🍹 Consume alcohol responsibly; intoxicated behavior may result in early termination of the charter with no refund.

🧒 Children must be supervised at all times.

🌊 No swimming or entering the water unless approved by the captain.

🔥 No smoking or vaping unless explicitly permitted.

Failure to follow crew instructions or safety rules may result in termination of the charter without refund.
